My hometown
Had very few things to do
So my friend and I
Would sit and watch TV channels
That were not in English
And make up our own stories
To coincide with what was occurring
On the screen
It could be considered downright imaginative
If not for the fact that we were eight
And every storyline of ours
Made a reference to a fart joke
